I'm going to take you on a trip down memory lane, into the cartoon rabbit hole I fell into writing little songs about videogames.

It's a story that began as a hobby here at Game People, took to BBC TV and became my full time job at The Escapist for a year. Now I'm back where I started, figuring out what just happened. Why not come along for the ride?

You can subscribe to the show via iTunes, Podcast RSS or Email.

You can buy all these songs for 5. Just send over the mulah and I'll provide a link to download them all.

My Modern Warfare song was a thank you and a challenge. I questioned what courage really was because for me it wasn't in the big brash shooting in front of me on the screen but in the small quiet stories of the people behind the controls... listen now

With so many different perspectives it can be hard to know where to start - a little like walking into a crowded pub. Sorry about that.

But so far we've not found a way to streamline our review output - there's basically too much of it. So, rather than dilute things for newcomers we have decided to live with the hubbub while helping new readers find the columnists they will enjoy.

What sort of gamer are you?

Our columnists each focus on a particular perspective and fall into one of the following types of gamers:
